St Elphege's Centenary Halls

Consist of three different sized rooms.

We cater for Wedding Receptions, Birthday Parties, Office Meetings and Children’s Parties. We also have available a Bouncy Castle for hire at £10 per hour for children only.

The Ellis Hall

Will seat 120 guests comfortably. The Ellis Hall is ideal for Wedding Receptions, parties and all large meetings.

Mon to Fri £30 per hour.  Sat and Sun £45 per hour.

Children’s parties, up to the age of 11 years, £25 per hour, no more than 25 children, between the hours of 12noon and 5pm only.

The Ward Hall

Mon to Fri £25 per hour.  Sat and Sun £30 per hour.

Children’s parties, up to the age of 11 years, £20 per hour, 15 children only.

The Holt Hall

Will seat 30 people and is also set out with tables and chairs and its own kitchen facilities

Mon to Fri £25 per hour.   Sat and Sun £30 per hour.

To hire the Ellis, Ward and Holt Halls together at the weekends is £90 per hour from 11am to 11-45pm only.

There is a fully functioning kitchen that comes when you book the Ellis Hall, with cooker, fridge, microwave and freezer.

Although we do not have a bar facility, we have a lady who runs a Mobile Bar and contact can be made through the Parish Office. We can also provide a set up service which leaves you free to enjoy the occasion.

Setting up all events is charged at half the price of the hourly cost of the Halls. 

There is a damage deposit of £100 without the cooker or £200 with the use of the cooker to be paid at the time of booking.  There is also a cleaning  charge of £30 to be paid at the time of booking.
